The North Bay Food Industry Group (FIG) announced October 8 the 2018 honorees for their annual Pioneer Awards. The Pioneer award recognizes the foundational contributions of an individual to the North Bay specialty food, beverage and natural products industry while the Next Generation award recognizes up and coming entrepreneurs.
Jennifer Bice of Redwood Hill Farm and Creamery will be honored as Industry Pioneer and Miyoko Schinner of Miyoko’s Kitchen will be honored as the Next Generation Industry Pioneer.
